Delete your SMLE Brain account

SMLE Brain, for the Saudi Medical Licensing Exam

In the app

The quickest way, on iPhone, iPad or Android:

1. Open SMLE Brain and sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. Open the menu at the top left and tap your account at the top.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.

If the app asks you to sign in again first, that is a security check: sign out, sign back in, and repeat the steps.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel that in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Without the app

If you can no longer open the app, ask us to delete your account for you: message us on Telegram at t.me/smlebrain and tell us the email address you signed in with. We reply within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and the email address it holds.
• All your study data: your answers, right and wrong questions, bookmarks, notes and the pictures in them, and your saved and in-progress quizzes.

What is kept, and for how long

• Crash reports are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days, then deleted automatically.
• Purchase records: Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep transaction records as tax and accounting rules require.
• Things on your device, such as cached questions and your settings, stay until you delete the app.
